All players within OFRP are required to follow a clearly defined set of rules designed to maintain the integrity, professionalism, and overall quality of the server. These rules exist to ensure that the community remains a safe, respectful, and enjoyable environment for everyone who participates. By following these guidelines, players help create a fair and immersive experience where all members can roleplay without disruption, harassment, or unfair advantages. The rules are in place for specific and important reasons, including maintaining realistic roleplay standards, preventing toxic behavior, and protecting the community from actions that could negatively impact the server or other players. Every player is expected to understand and follow these rules at all times while participating in OFRP, whether they are actively roleplaying, interacting with other community members, or communicating through official platforms. Failure to follow the established rules may result in warnings, disciplinary action, or removal from the server depending on the severity of the violation. It is each player’s responsibility to remain familiar with the rules and stay updated if any changes are made by staff. For a complete and detailed list of all server rules, expectations, and guidelines, players should refer to the Rules channel within the official OFRP Discord server, where all policies are documented and kept up to date.
Applications submitted to OFRP are carefully reviewed by members of the Command Staff to ensure that each applicant meets the standards and expectations of the community. The review process allows leadership to evaluate applications thoroughly, verify that all required information has been provided, and determine whether the applicant is a good fit for the server and the faction they are applying to join. Applicants should typically expect a response within 24–48 hours after submitting their application. Response times may occasionally vary depending on the number of applications being reviewed or the availability of command staff, but the team works to process all submissions as quickly and fairly as possible. If your application is accepted, you will be contacted with further instructions and will be required to complete an introductory training or orientation for your selected faction. This training is designed to familiarize new members with faction procedures, expectations, communication methods, and any specific rules or systems used within that department. Completing this introductory process ensures that all members start with a clear understanding of how the faction operates and how to properly participate within the OFRP community.
The Chain of Command must always be followed by all members of factions and staff within the community. This structure exists to maintain order, organization, and professionalism during operations, events, and everyday server activities. Members are expected to respect the authority of those placed above them in the chain and follow all lawful instructions given by their superiors. For faction members, this means directing questions, concerns, and requests through the proper leadership channels rather than bypassing ranks. Leaders and supervisors are responsible for managing their teams, providing guidance, and ensuring that their members follow server rules and faction procedures. Respecting this structure allows factions to operate efficiently and prevents confusion during important situations such as operations or coordinated events. The same expectations apply to staff members. Staff must operate within their assigned roles and responsibilities, communicating with senior staff when necessary and following established procedures when handling reports, moderation actions, or community concerns. Bypassing the chain of command or ignoring leadership instructions can lead to miscommunication and disrupt the smooth operation of the community. Following the chain of command ensures that decisions are handled properly, issues are addressed by the appropriate people, and the server maintains a professional and organized environment for everyone involved.

Communication within the Discord is mandatory for all players who wish to be a part of the community. The Discord server acts as the primary hub for all coordination, communication, and official information related to the server. All operations, events, updates, announcements, and important community notices are organized and distributed through the official channels within the OFRP Discord. By joining the Discord, players are able to stay informed about upcoming operations, scheduled training events, community discussions, and any changes to server rules or policies. It also allows staff members to communicate directly with players, provide assistance, and ensure that everyone is on the same page regarding server expectations and activities. Additionally, the Discord server is where all applications are reviewed and processed. If you are not present in the OFRP Discord, staff members will not be able to verify your application or contact you regarding its status. Because of this, being a member of the Discord is required for your application to be considered and reviewed. Remaining in the Discord also ensures that you can receive feedback, follow-up questions, and final decisions regarding your application in a timely manner. For these reasons, all players must join and remain in the OFRP Discord while participating in the community. This helps maintain clear communication, proper coordination of events and operations, and a smooth experience for both players and staff members.
